1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Card•1 Pro ("the Software"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Card•1 Pro is a browser-based application designed for Product and Tech teams to create professional social media graphics for product announcements, webinars, and workshops—without relying on marketing or design teams.
What Card•1 Pro Includes:- Multiple canvas formats – Square, Story, Article, Landscape, and Squared Carousel
- Presenter system – Dual speaker support for co-hosted events
- Google Fonts integration
- Brand setup with dual logo support for co-branded announcements
- High-quality exports – PNG and PDF export functionality (PDF available for carousels)
- A template based design tool
- A complex design tool
- A real-time collaboration tool
- Cloud-based storage solution
- A photo or vector editor
- A PDF Editor
- A video editor
- A document or text editor
Technical Note: The software operates entirely in your web browser with no cloud storage.
3. License and Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software. This license permits you to:
- Use the software for personal and commercial projects
- Create unlimited graphics for your own use or clients
- Export and distribute graphics created with the software
4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the software to create competing products
- Share your license with others
5. Data and Privacy
Card•1 Pro operates entirely in your browser. We do not collect, store, or have access to your designs, images, or personal content. All data remains on your local device.
6. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Card•1 Pro is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your designs, images, and content never leave your device.
1. Information We Collect
Payment Information:
All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you purchase Card•1 Pro, Paddle collects and processes your payment information, including your email address, billing details, and payment method.
Important:We do not directly handle or store your credit card information. All payment data is securely managed by Paddle in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Paddle is responsible for payment processing, tax collection, and transaction security.

2. Information We Don't Collect
We explicitly do not collect, store, or have access to:
- Your designs or graphics created in the software
- Images you upload to the software
- Text content you enter
- Logo files or brand assets
- Any personal content within your designs

3. How We Use Information
The limited information we collect is used to:
- Process your purchase and provide customer support
- Send important updates about the software
- Improve software performance and fix bugs
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Data Storage and Security
All your creative work stays on your device. We use industry-standard security measures to protect the minimal data we do collect. Your payment information is securely managed by Paddle in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to provide Card•1 Pro functionality:
Google Fonts:
We load fonts from Google Fonts to provide typography options in your designs. When you use Card•1 Pro, your browser connects to Google's servers to load these fonts.
Paddle (Payment Processing)
All payment processing, billing, and transaction management is handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle collects and processes your payment information, manages subscriptions, and handles refunds.
Cloudflare (PDF Generation)
We use Cloudflare's CDN to load the jsPDF library, which runs entirely in your browser to generate PDF exports for carousel formats. Your designs never leave your device during this process.

6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Access the personal data we have about you
- Opt out of non-essential communications
- Export your data (though we store minimal information)

1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request the refund within 30 days of purchase
- You have a legitimate reason for dissatisfaction
- You have not violated our terms of service
2. Valid Refund Reasons
We provide refunds for:
- Technical Issues: Software doesn't work on your device despite meeting system requirements
- Feature Misunderstanding: The software doesn't provide advertised functionality
- Quality Issues: Significant bugs that prevent normal use
- Compatibility Problems: Software incompatible with your browser/system
- Change of Mind:Simply not satisfied with the purchase
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
4. Payment Processing
All refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment processor. Once we approve your refund, Paddle handles the transaction back to your original payment method.
5. Refund Limitations
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase
- Purchases made with promotional codes or discounts (refund amount will be adjusted)
- Custom development work (separate terms apply)
- Chargebacks or disputed payments already filed with your bank
6. Lite Version (Free)
Our free version allows you to test core functionality before purchasing. We encourage trying the free version to ensure the software meets your needs.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days

Commercial Use Permitted
Your license includes full commercial usage rights. Create graphics for your business or clients without additional fees.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this agreement, we grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable license to use Card•1 Pro.
2. Permitted Uses
You may:
- Personal Use: Create graphics for personal projects, social media, websites
- Commercial Use: Create graphics for your business, marketing, advertising
- Client Work: Create graphics for clients as part of your services
- Print Use: Use exported graphics in print materials
- Digital Distribution: Share, post, and distribute your created graphics
- Modification: Edit and modify your created graphics outside the software
3. License Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute Software: Share, sell, or distribute the software itself
- Reverse Engineering: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Create Competing Products: Use the software to develop competing design tools
4. Ownership of Created Content
You retain full ownership of all graphics and designs you create using Card•1 Pro. We claim no rights to your creative work.
5. Font Licensing
Google Fonts used in the software are subject to their respective open source licenses. When you export graphics containing these fonts, standard font licensing applies.
7. Updates and Versions
Your license includes access to software updates and improvements at no additional cost.
8. Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it by ceasing use of the software. We may terminate your license if you violate these terms.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided "as is" without warranty. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
